Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead client relationships and drive program execution across assigned brands. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget, while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

The role requires deep domain knowledge, proactive communication, and strong analytical capabilities to optimize program performance and maximize brand value for life sciences customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage program maintenance, updates, launches and business rule changes.
• Lead weekly client and internal stakeholder meetings; maintain minutes & action items.
• Monitor budgets, invoicing, KPIs, and weekly/quarterly reporting to ensure performance.
