CallTower Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a Junior Solution Architect to support Customer Success and Sales, translating complex technology into clear business value for clients.

You will collaborate with product and sales teams, deliver product demos, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and help shape solutions across CallTower’s voice and collaboration platforms. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline. Or 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong executive presentation skills with the ability to guide senior business leaders through proposed solutions, clearly articulating business value, and driving stakeholder alignment
• 3+ years of Experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, project management, or product development.
• 3+ years of Experience with UCaaS or CCaaS platforms as well as ancillary products to support these solutions
• Ability to work weekends and/or off-hours as necessary to meet clients' needs
• This position may require travel, locally, nationally, and internationally

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support to identify and present solutions that meet the business and technical requirements of our customers within our product portfolio
• Perform client consultations supporting the voice infrastructure, and sharing recommendations for designing, planning, and implementation
• Collaborate with various teams to diagnose solution gaps, evaluate design issues and provide design-level guidance where needed
• Develop materials to ensure consistent product demos so that they are done uniformly, including PowerPoint presentations and sales documentation to be used during the demo
• Deliver effective demos of CallTower’s main products and services including ancillary products
• Oversee scoping, identification and creation of Statements of Work (SOW) for solutions
• Identify optimal technical solutions to solve the existing customers’ needs
• Share best practices for recommended roadmap to achieve the proposed solution
• Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered
• Crosstrain with different product lines and communicate the value of products to others
• Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs in a collaborative manner with the sales team assigned
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
• Collaborate with the Product team to deploy new products
