Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership or equivalent experience.
• Travel to onsite locations up to 40%.
• Experience recruiting strategy and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers.
• Use operational data to optimize order distribution and resources.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping and audits.
• Lead process improvement and technology adoption initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and provide performance insights to leadership.
