Job summary

Opensity Solutions is a tech-enabled managed services provider delivering IT support and operations for law firms, financial institutions, and professional services firms. This hands‑on IT Specialist role focuses on ensuring smooth office operations with reliable, client‑facing service.

You will perform deskside support, assist with moves and equipment setup, manage hardware inventory, and respond to tickets with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience (client-facing preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs or more and move equipment on carts up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable with physical activity and office tech support.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support and conference room technology setup.
• Assist with office moves, including disconnecting and reconnecting equipment.
• Manage and maintain hardware inventory with accurate tracking.
• Monitor and update the support ticket queue for timely resolutions.
• Perform routine checks on printers, copiers, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripherals.
• Support hardware deployments and software installations.
• Respond to end-user requests via phone, email, or tickets.
• Communicate timelines and updates to client staff and team.
