Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to serve as the primary client-facing partner during program rollouts in the United States.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, risks, and readiness activities, and report progress to stakeholders. You will collaborate with Product, Portfolio Management, and Delivery teams to define schedules and ensure on-time delivery within approved scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years managing complex software projects with client interactions.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and expectations throughout the program lifecycle.
• Own implementation planning, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with Learning & Development to establish training plans and readiness.
• Coordinate across Product, Operations, QA, Release Management, Training, and Delivery.
• Escalate blockers and manage risks per governance processes.
