Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. seeks a Senior Implementation Analyst to translate client goals into actionable inputs for product teams and support complex programs. You will lead discovery sessions, document configurations, and ensure alignment with client intents before delivery.

Collaborating with Implementation Managers and delivery teams, you will assist in UAT, create training materials, and maintain robust documentation to support scalable implementations across healthcare workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, client implementation, or technical documentation, with healthcare or specialty pharmacy exposure.
• Ability to independently facilitate complex discovery sessions and produce consumable documentation for technical teams.
• Strong written communication for configuration specs, workflow docs, and edge case guides.
• Solid working knowledge of Salesforce-based platforms and hub service workflows.
• Understanding of data mapping, ETL concepts, and data flow between client systems and AssistRx platforms.
• Specialty pharmacy, patient access, or hub services experience required.
• Comfort reviewing technical configurations and identifying discrepancies with minimal guidance.
• Proficiency with Jira or equivalent tools for documenting and tracking requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and how product requests are intake and escalated.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured client discovery sessions for complex programs, capturing patient populations, therapy characteristics, and workflow requirements.
• Translate client conversations into structured delivery inputs: configuration specs, data mapping, and edge case handling guides.
• Collaborate with Implementation Manager and delivery teams to ensure alignment with client intent before delivery.
• Review configurations and builds during development to confirm alignment with documented requirements and flag discrepancies.
• Identify when client needs cannot be met by existing platform capabilities and escalate with context for a formal product request.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout engagements and set quality standards for documentation.
