Job summary

SmithRx is seeking an experienced Implementation professional to serve as the main point of contact for TPA clients during group implementations. You will gather requirements and document them in templates to ensure a clear, auditable record from kickoff to go-live.

You will maintain detailed project plans and open items logs, coordinating day-to-day tasks for Implementation Managers and Specialists to keep teams productive.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for TPA clients during group implementations, gathering requirements and documenting them in templates.
• Maintain detailed project plans and open items logs, coordinating day-to-day tasks for Implementation Managers and Specialists.
• Act as liaison between internal teams (contracting, invoicing) and the Implementation Team, providing go-live support and post-go-live improvements.
