AssistRx, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Analyst to work with clients and internal teams on varied projects. You will manage expectations, collect detailed requirements, and drive documentation and training for success across Dev, QA, Sales, and Leadership.

The role emphasizes leadership, analytical thinking, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to mentor project teams and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, Business or related field.
• Experience with software development projects and client facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage client communications and expectations.
• Gather complete and accurate business requirements from clients.
• Coordinate across functional teams and lead on projects.
• Collaborate with Product Management to balance vision and customer voice.
• Develop documentation for Dev and QA teams (BRD, user stories, specs).
• Create user guides for clients and end-users; train team members.
