Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a field-based Client Relations Specialist to support accounts in vehicle reconditioning and auction operations. You will act as the primary contact for resolving issues, coordinate vehicle runs, and liaise with auction teams to move client inventory efficiently.

The role requires 70% outside work and 30% in-office administration, a high school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to complex, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition or discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with other auction departments to ensure smooth movement of client inventory.
• Build positive relationships with clients and examine vehicles to ensure standards and quality; prepare reconditioning estimates to enhance vehicle value.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox Enterprises products and services as appropriate.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and adhere to Cox standards in reconditioning services.
