Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a site-based facilities maintenance planner to organize daily and long-term work for the maintenance team using CMMS and related software. You will perform administrative tasks, assist with mailroom duties, and help coordinate small events as needed.

The role requires 5–10 years of related experience, an associate’s degree or equivalent, and a strong ability to schedule, track PMs, and manage data accuracy for site operations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.

Responsibilities

• Receives and schedules for subcontractors and on-site personnel; updates data as needed.
• Interfaces with customer to clarify scope and follows up with status.
• Creates schedule and dispatches to team on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
• Generates and dispatches weekly and monthly PMs; tracks progress for compliance.
• Maintains work order logs and updates to ensure accuracy.
• Generates metrics (graphs, charts, spreadsheets) as directed.
• Processes daily time sheets for team; ensures correctness.
• Assists in procuring materials and services including POs and invoices.
• Schedules and maintains safety matrix for team members.
• Maintains filing system and record-keeping.
• Performs additional duties as required by site manager.
