Qualifications

• Associates Degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in facilities maintenance, property management or customer service.
• Experience managing service delivery for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Roofing preferred.
• Bi-lingual English-Spanish preferred.
• Advanced proficiency MS Windows Applications, including MS Excel and Word.
• Type at least 50 words per minute with good writing skills.
• Professional demeanor and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Admin support including ordering, vendor management, scheduling, and PO coordination.
• Provide direction to subcontractors and supervise work assignments.
• Interface with departments to ensure equipment operates without disruption.
• Handle maintenance requests for facilities (HVAC, electrical, IT, security).
• Maintain records and support safety programs and communications.
