Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of work experience in technical selling, consultative selling, or account management.
• Experience with enterprise software, cloud services, and presales activities.

Responsibilities

• Advises key clients and tailors solutions to enhance customer experiences and drive strategic sales efforts.
• Collaborates with sales teams, leveraging technical insights to position offerings and address challenges.
• Designs tailored solutions and builds implementation plans with potential risks considered.
• Conducts in-depth demonstrations of products and services to highlight value and fit.
• Develops sales enablement materials including technical docs, case studies, and training resources.
• Bridges clients and internal teams, relaying feedback to improve products and sales strategy.
• Performs market research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities.
• Mentors junior team members in technical and consultative selling skills.
