Job summary

HP seeks an Edge AI Solution Engineer to advise key clients, tailor AI-enabled solutions, and guide strategic sales initiatives. You will identify growth paths and develop implementation plans addressing potential challenges and risks.

Partnering with the sales team, you’ll provide technical insights to position HP offerings, tackle complex problems, and contribute to sales enablement materials and training resources.

Qualifications

• Act as advisor to key clients and tailor solutions to enhance customer experiences and drive strategic sales.
• Work closely with the sales team, providing technical insights and guidance to position HP offerings effectively during the sales process.
• Handle unique and complex challenges that require creative thinking and problem-solving to develop innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials, including technical documentation, case studies, and training resources for the sales team.
• Bridge between clients and internal teams, providing feedback from client interactions to improve products, services, and sales strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer pain points, and opportunities, helping HP stay ahead of the competition.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop technical and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and tailor AI-enabled solutions to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with sales to articulate technical value and win strategic opportunities.
• Develop and refine technical documentation and case studies for sales enablement.

Education

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
