Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 10+ years of experience in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or related field.
• Proficient understanding of cloud computing and enterprise software domains.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor to key clients and tailor solutions to enhance customer experiences and drive strategic sales efforts.
• Work closely with the sales team, providing technical insights and guidance to position offerings during the sales process.
• Handle unique, complex challenges requiring creative thinking and problem-solving to develop innovative solutions.
• Contribute to sales enablement materials including technical documentation, case studies, and training resources.
• Bridge between clients and internal teams, conveying client feedback to improve products, services and sales strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities to stay ahead of competition.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to develop technical and consultative selling skills.
