CVS Health is seeking a full-time Implementation Lead in Providence, RI to direct all aspects of self-funded New Business Client benefit plan implementations. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to proactively address issues, act as the single point of contact, and coordinate deliverables to meet client expectations.

The role requires 2+ years in project management with client-facing experience and strong skills in negotiation, organization, and communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management and client-facing experience.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills across various levels of the organization.
• Ability to remain flexible yet focused during stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy while focusing on overall project deliverables.
• Ability to express complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments with high quality results.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for self-funded new business clients.
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to address implementation issues and exceed expectations.
• Serves as single point of contact for benefit plan implementation.
• Coordinates resolution of project deliverables and implementation tasks.
• Develops and executes implementation strategy aligned with customer expectations.
• Ensures compliance with performance guarantees and minimizes impact on systems.
• Gathers feedback to improve the implementation process.
