Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as studio leader in absence of GM/AGM/COS.
• Assess customer needs, maintain quality standards, evaluate satisfaction.
• Support the client experience with hospitality and studio amenities.
• Be a brand ambassador; ensure clients are warmly welcomed and assisted.
• Mentor and motivate peers; build cooperative relationships with staff and clients.
• Deliver first-class client experience and maintain a clean, welcoming studio.
