Responsibilities

• Serve as studio leader in absence of GM/AGM/COS.
• Greet, assist and check in customers; respond to questions in person, phone or email.
• Maintain client database; register new clients and process membership payments.
• Support marketing initiatives including client data capture and event communication.
• Deliver first‑class client experience; uphold Barry’s standards of hospitality.
