Qualifications

• Hospitality leadership and guest-service excellence required.

• Curiosity about veterinary medicine with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding and training programs for Client Ambassadors.
• Conduct on-site coaching visits to front-desk teams.
• Collaborate with clinic leaders to build service-focused culture.
• Improve client journey workflows and processes.
• Serve as a bridge between front desk and home office.
• Lead service initiatives around communication, empathy and hospitality.
