Veterinary United's Troy, MI-based reception team seeks a friendly Client Ambassador to welcome clients and pets, manage phones, schedule appointments, and process payments in a fast-paced veterinary front desk. You’ll support kennel staff, keep records up to date, and help maintain a clean reception area, delivering warm, positive service to every client.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Reception experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable around animals, including anxious or aggressive pets.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and move frequently in a high-energy environment.
• Full-time availability with Saturday shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and pets warmly at arrival.
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, update medical charts.
• Process payments and manage transactions.
• Assist with filing, data entry, stocking, scanning, and uploading records.
• Support kennel and boarding staff with dog walking, feeding, and check-in/check-out.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
