Job summary

CityVet is seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the clinics' first point of contact with clients, ensuring a friendly experience and building relationships that turn clients into loyal ambassadors.

Responsibilities include managing appointment check-ins, coordinating discharge information for grooming, clinic visits, and boarding, and greeting clients as they arrive. Minimum age of 18 at hire, on-site in Cedar Hill, TX with a supportive team and benefits.

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications: At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and coordinate discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-ins, technician appointments, boarding and retail appointments.
• Understand, communicate, and prioritize scheduled appointments, client education and lobby triage by vaccine, wellness, parasite and retail needs to ensure an efficient schedule.
• Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic by opening the door and assisting with check-in, delays, and arrival notifications.
