Job summary

CityVet Old East Dallas is seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the primary contact for clients, ensuring a pleasant experience and building relationships that convert to loyal brand ambassadors. Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age at the time of hire

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and coordinate discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-ins, technician appointments, boarding and retail appointments.
• Understand, communicate, and prioritize scheduled appointments, client education and lobby triage by vaccine, wellness, parasite and retail needs to ensure an efficient schedule and daily workflow.
• Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic, check patients in for appointments, communicate delays, care for clients during wait times and notify staff of arrivals.
