CityVet Georgetown is seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the friendly first contact in our clinic. You’ll handle appointment check-ins, greet clients, and coordinate care with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the veterinary field.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins and bookings; coordinate discharge information for grooming, clinic, walks, and boarding.
• Prioritize appointments and educate clients on vaccine, wellness, parasite, and retail needs to keep daily workflow efficient.
• Greet clients, check in patients, communicate delays, care for clients during wait, and notify staff of arrivals.
