Job summary

CityVet is seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them in person or by phone and ensuring a friendly, efficient visit. This role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate appointment handling, and smooth front-desk operations.

The position involves managing check-ins, coordinating care and retail needs, and helping create a welcoming, pet-friendly clinic environment that supports our team and patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments, and coordinate client information for various services.
• Understand, communicate, and properly prioritize scheduled appointments, client education and lobby triage to ensure an efficient schedule and daily workflow.
• Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic, check patients in, inform about delays, care for clients during wait times, and alert staff of arrivals.
