AmeriVet's Sequist Animal Hospital in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the friendly first point of contact for clients and pets. You will manage appointments, greet clients, handle calls, and support the medical team with accurate information and smooth communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and compassionate client service.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in vet/healthcare.
• Familiar with scheduling software and online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability.
• Send appointment reminders and follow-up messages.
• Triage inquiries and direct complex questions to the medical team.
• Update client and patient records in the practice management system.
• Process billing transactions and insurance claims.
• Provide post-visit instructions and maintain a clean reception area.
