H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Webb City, MO office. You will manage client scheduling, support daily operations, and work with tax professionals in person during tax season.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll greet clients, handle check-in, and maintain a professional office environment. Evening and weekend availability is required, with training and growth opportunities into tax prep or leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

• Proficiency with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Teams) and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care
