Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients and assist with scheduling and referrals to tax professionals. You will help ensure client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, in a fast-paced office environment.

The role focuses on customer service, organization, and teamwork across office resources. Prior experience in customer service and a high school diploma are preferred, with flexibility for multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
