Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and ensure every client’s needs are met, whether in person, by phone, or virtually.

This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Prior customer service experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

• Maintain office cleanliness and organization with the team.
