VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced veterinary practice. This role is the face of the hospital, interacting with clients and their pets to ensure a smooth, caring visit from arrival through checkout.

The CSR will greet visitors, answer calls, schedule appointments, discuss fees, and educate clients on general pet care. A professional demeanor and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and front-ddesk interactions.
• Ability to explain fees and process payments clearly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound follow-up calls and reach out to prospective clients.
• Explain pricing and process payments to clients.
• Recommend and assist with products and services, including prescriptions.
• Educate clients on basic pet care and husbandry.
• Maintain medical records, charts and correspondence.
• Keep the facility clean and organized at all times.
