Job summary

The CSR will perform occasional night, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed and contribute to a positive team culture while delivering top-notch pet care and customer

Qualifications

• Front desk customer service experience.
• Ability to greet visitors and handle scheduling.
• Ability to explain services and fees to clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets and guide them to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound follow-up calls to clients.
• Explain fees and process payments.
• Assist clients with products and services including prescriptions.
• Educate clients on basic animal care.
• Maintain medical records and hospital paperwork.
