CityVet West 7th is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a pleasant experience and building relationships that turn clients into loyal brand ambassadors.

Responsibilities include managing appointments, triage, and welcoming clients to the clinic. We value caring and professional, person-centered service for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and coordinate discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-ins, technician appointments, boarding and retail appointments.
• Prioritize scheduled appointments, educate clients and triage lobby needs to ensure an efficient daily workflow.
• Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic, check in patients, communicate any delays, and assist during wait times.
