Job summary

PNC is seeking a Client Experience Associate based in Bolingbrook, IL to support multiple branches in the region. The role emphasizes delivering a unique customer experience and increasing loyalty, with a bilingual Spanish preference and an in-office work environment.

Salary base ranges from $37,125 to $61,875, with incentives based on performance. No degree is required; however, related experience or certifications may be considered. Sponsorship for visas is not provided.

Qualifications

• No university degree required; related experience or product knowledge may be considered.
• Typically <1 year of related experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of education, job-specific certification(s) and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Identifies opportunities through conversations with customers and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet customer needs via technology and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty.
• Supports customer loyalty and helps grow share of wallet by delivering a differentiated customer experience.
