Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically <1 year of related experience.
• No degree required; a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Identifies opportunities through conversations with customers and refers as appropriate to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products; educates on options for managing financial transactions with technology.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adheres to policies and procedures; ensures teller and branch operations are efficient and accurate.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty.
