Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate.
• Prospect opportunities through conversations and referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement to position PNC products and educate customers on digital options.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
• Ensures branch operations and transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Supports proactive sales conversations using a defined sales process to grow loyalty.
