PNC is seeking a Client Experience Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience within our Retail organization. This role will be based in Clark, NJ or South Edison, NJ and is an in-office position.

You will educate customers on available financial options, identify opportunities, and help grow customer loyalty through proactive service and effective product referrals. This role supports teller operations and daily branch activities.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required; related experience acceptable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to educate customers and refer opportunities to appropriate branch staff.

Responsibilities
