Job summary

PNC is seeking a Client Experience Associate in Naperville, IL, to enhance customer financial wellbeing and loyalty. Based in the Naperville 75th branch, you will engage customers in the lobby, educate on product options, and connect opportunities to branch staff for referrals.

You’ll apply knowledge of banking products and procedures to resolve issues, while supporting sales activities and maintaining efficient branch operations. No degree required, typically <1 year of related experience.
