Job summary

PNC's Naples, FL-based Retail Banking team is seeking a Client Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service across multiple branches in the region. You will engage customers, educate on alternatives, identify banking opportunities, and support the sales process to grow customer loyalty.

Responsibilities include greeting customers in lobby, leveraging technology to assist transactions, and applying product knowledge to solve problems while maintaining branch efficiency and accurate

Qualifications

Customer-focused and able to communicate clearly with customers.
Ability to educate customers on financial options and products.
Willingness to learn and apply branch processes to support customers.

Responsibilities
