Job summary

Caliber Collision in Odessa, TX is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through the service process. You will support Collision Estimators, manage drop-offs, map/mark vehicles, photograph as needed, and arrange transportation while communicating with customers and teams to ensure repairs meet standards.

This role emphasizes fast-paced environment handling deliveries, paperwork, and ongoing customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lift over 50 lbs) and move/handle equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance as required to ensure smooth repairs.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for deliveries.
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure timely repairs and updates.
