Job summary

PNC is seeking a Full Time Client Experience Associate to join the Retail organization at our Mt. Laurel Branch in New Jersey.

The role focuses on delivering a unique customer experience, educating customers on financial options, and identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships. You will engage with customers in-branch, drive loyalty, and leverage technology to support transactions and guidance.

Qualifications

• No university degree required.
• Typically <1 year of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience and educates customers on alternatives while identifying banking opportunities.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations and refers to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Ensures teller and branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Supports proactive sales through a defined sales process to elevate loyalty.
• Helps grow customer wallet share through differentiated customer experience.
