Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate to branch staff.
• Educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and how to use technology, tools and resources.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process, including service to sales and teller interactions.
