Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and present PNC products leveraging available tools.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions within a defined sales process.
• Contributes to customer loyalty by differentiating the experience and addressing customer needs effectively.
