Job summary

Aritzia is growing its Retail Service team. The Service Advisor role centers on delivering elevated, Everyday Luxury service to clients, processing transactions, and managing client services at the service counter to create memorable moments.

You will help with end-to-end service processes, notify clients of incoming services, audit services, and ensure smooth counter operations with fast service for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a point-of-sale system is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary experiences at the service counter and manage transactions.
