Job summary

Aritzia is growing its Service team in Retail. As a Service Advisor, you will deliver Everyday Luxury experiences by engaging with clients, maintaining curated spaces, and ensuring exceptional organization at the Service Counter.

You will process transactions, manage client services, and uphold a world-class client experience in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional partners, a commitment to quality, and a passion for fashion and the Aritzia brand.

Qualifications

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications.
• Experience operating a point-of-sale system is an asset.
• Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles.
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
• Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
• Understanding and a passion for the industry and Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary experiences and create memorable moments at the Service Counter.
• Match Clients with products and guide them to the right Service Counter.
• Carefully prepare and package products for an Everyday Luxury opening experience.
• Process transactions efficiently while maintaining a world-class client experience.
• Manage end-to-end service processes, notify clients of incoming services, audit services, and resolve issues to minimize impact on the client experience.
• Support service counter operations and manage line flow to serve clients quickly.
