HairClub in Bala Cynwyd, PA is seeking a friendly front desk/guest services associate to greet clients, manage scheduling, and support our styling team. You will use a POS system, handle inquiries, and help process transactions with a professional image.

You will join a team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences, balancing high-paced work with a strong commitment to accuracy and service. Training is provided to ensure confidence in all tasks and products.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year previous high-paced guest service experience.
• Point of sale system or other business software experience.
• Communicate professionally and timely with all persons in the Company.
• Utilize superior organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work under time constraints and pressure.
• Work independently and self-motivated.
• Professional image.

Responsibilities

• Greets all clients & visitors promptly with a smile and assists with requests.
• Answers incoming calls promptly and professionally and directs calls as needed.
• Accurately enters all client transactions with correct codes and tenders.
• Manages scheduling activities including advanced bookings and confirmations.
• Supports the styling team with scheduling, changes, and add-on sales.
