Qualifications

• At least one year of high-paced guest service experience.
• Proficiency with POS systems or other business software helpful.
• Professional communication with all persons in the company.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients and visitors promptly with a smile and assists with requests.
• Answers incoming calls professionally and directs to staff.
• Enters client transactions accurately using service/product codes and tenders.
• Manages scheduling activities including advance bookings and confirmations.
• Supports styling team with scheduling, documentation, and sales tasks.
