HairClub in Lexington, KY is seeking a energetic Front Desk Associate to greet clients and visitors, manage scheduling, and support the styling team. You will enter client transactions, answer calls, and help keep the salon organized while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• At least one year of high-paced guest service experience.
• Point of sale system or other business software experience.
• Communicate professionally and timely with all persons in the Company.
• Utilize superior organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work under time constraints and pressure.
• Work independently and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients & visitors promptly with a smile and assists with requests.
• Answers calls promptly and directs to staff as needed.
• Accurately enters all client transactions with correct codes and tenders.
• Manages scheduling: advance booking, wait times, and confirmations.
• Supports styling team with scheduling, documentation, and sales tasks.
• Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.
