Job summary

HairClub is looking for a Client Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere and generating enthusiasm for hair day experiences.

This role goes beyond a typical receptionist; you will help clients regain confidence by delivering outstanding service, coordinating appointments, and supporting the styling team with administrative tasks and scheduling.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of guest service experience.
• Experience with POS and other business software.
• Strong orientation toward delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Professional and empathetic communication with clients and staff.
• Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively.
• Team player with proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors warmly and assist with requests.
• Answer calls professionally and direct to staff as needed.
• Resolve minor client issues with problem-solving and escalate when required.
• Enter client transactions accurately using service/product codes and tenders.
• Actively manage scheduling, advance bookings, wait times, and confirmations.
• Support the styling team with scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks.
