Qualifications

• 1 year of high-paced guest service experience.
• POS system or other business software experience.
• Communicate professionally with all persons in the Company.
• Use superior organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work under time constraints and pressure.
• Work independently and be self-motivated.
• Professional image.

Responsibilities

• Greets all clients & visitors promptly with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Answers incoming calls promptly and professionally and directs calls appropriately.
• Accurately enters all client transactions by selecting codes and tenders.
• Manages scheduling including advance bookings, wait times, and confirmations.
• Supports the styling team with scheduling, documentation, sales, and admin duties.
