Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused banking professional in the United States (Georgia region) to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will educate clients on digital self-service tools, assist with transactions, and help identify opportunities by coordinating with branch teams.

Responsibilities include supporting sales with outbound calls, promoting Truist solutions, and participating in leadership routines while expanding personal and product knowledge through training.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
