Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time client service professional in the United States (Georgia) to provide timely, accurate client transactions and superb service. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound outreach, and participate in Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to tailor solutions for client needs.

The role emphasizes adherence to policies, strong communication, and ability to handle a varied workload across branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs including locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling standard and complex transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service and online/mobile banking to improve service experience.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs for branch referral.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge for consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
