Job summary

Truist is seeking a service-focused teammate in the United States to complete client transactions accurately while maintaining records and delivering superior service. You will identify client financial needs and support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management activities to assist branch teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software used for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required, including locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service banking including ATMs, Online, and Mobile.</br>Enhance service experience.
• Support sales through outbound calls and client referrals to appropriate team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Commit to upgrading product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
